My Background

Experience That Goes Beyond the Submittal

My experience with TIRZ reimbursement administration began in 2017, when I was handed five years of unsubmitted project costs and took the reimbursement process from accumulated records through completed submittal. Those first five catch-up submissions totaled more than $8.8 million and were approved in full. That experience gave me an up-close understanding of just how detailed these requests can become, and how valuable it is to have someone dedicated to keeping the process organized and moving forward.

But my perspective goes well beyond reimbursement administration. With more than three decades of experience in real estate development operations, I understand the contracts, construction costs, closings, documentation and day-to-day realities behind the numbers. That broader experience allows me to look at a reimbursement request in the context of the development as a whole, not simply as a set of forms and schedules.

I know how to dig into the details, identify what is needed, coordinate with the right people and stay with an issue until it is resolved. Whether the need is working through accumulated project costs, preparing an upcoming submittal or managing ongoing reporting requirements, I can step in, take ownership of the process and keep it moving.

"I founded Increment Partners to provide developers with the kind of experienced, hands-on support that can be difficult to dedicate internally. The goal is to make a complex, time-consuming responsibility easier for your team while giving it the attention and follow-through it requires."
