From organizing costs and completing required schedules to assembling the supporting documentation, I prepare the reimbursement package for submission in accordance with the requirements of your specific TIRZ or reimbursement agreement.

Review & Approval Follow Up
Submission isn't the end of the process. I track the reimbursement request through review, respond to any questions and documentation requests, coordinate needed revisions, and follow the submittal through board approval.
